*OF COURSE new games were announced for both the Streets of Rage and Samurai Shodown series after production of this episode was fnished. Joe had to quickly insert some dialog acknowledging this. As a result this may be the final Franchise Killers episode. "Resurrected Franchises" might become a new thing instead.

*We stood by the game shelves in the studio room instead of the main game room for the ending skit for no reason whatsoever.

*Thanks to Terra Onion for listening to our concerns when we dicovered the audio distortion issue. They implemented a fix after we pointed it out, so we held off reviewing the unit until it was updated with the fix.

*This one was made under the premise of "Let the games do all the talking" so we tried to keep our voiceovers to a minimum.

*The going bald joke was the easiest way to incorporate the "OHH MY GAAAAAHHHHWWD" line from Michigan Report From Hell into the endng skit. Still, Joe has plenty of bald spots in reality.

*We needed an episode that was quick to make, as the previous episode was behind schedule due to Joe's trip to Chicago and the next two are more involved than a typical episode. This subject fit the bill perfectly.

*Thanks to Coury and Try from My Life in Gaming for appearing in the ending skit. This was shot in Kentucky at Coury's place during production of this episode. In fact it was Try who suggested we include Fast Draw Showdown as he had played the Wii version.

*First episode to feature the new outro theme by Brimaxian. This theme was actually produced a month after the majority of this episode was made, but since there was another last minute update already being made, it was included here as well.

*Originally Dave only talked about the 16-bit version of Shaq-Fu. He mentioned that a new one was being crowdfunded. A few weeks after this episode wrapped, Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn was released. The game was quickly purchased and new lines were written. Dave recorded his new lines during production of episode 226.

*Joe wrote the song used in the ending skit (among many others) and actually burned it to a CD to surprise Dave with its wackiness. This is the very same CD that Dave found years and years later and hands to Joe on camera in the skit.

*In the original cut of the ending skit, Joe listened to the entire song until it's conclusion and the skit just ended with a disgusted look on his face. It got boring pretty fast. After a few days of thinking about what he could do to save it, he shot a new sequence depecting his missing Snatcher.

*The firmware for the Canon C100 Mark 2 was updated just prior to this episode. As such all settings in the camera were lost. Joe restored them all with one exception… the volume level from the external mic which was still way too high. As a result there was a lot of clipping and distortion in the on-camera audio that didn't get caught until after recording was completed for the day. Joe was able to repair them to be servicable, but it still doesn't sound as good as it normally does. Joe liked how Tude Sack turned out so much that a week later he and Dave reshot the on-camera segments so that the entire show would be Tude Sack. The original ending can still be seen: the very first segment "Welcome to Tude Sack" and the ending "I like that... I like that"... those parts were originally just the ending.

* Made before episode 199. During production it was decided to delay this one as it would make for a more "special" episode for #200 than HD Remasters could ever hope to.

*The arcade versions of Shinobi, Captain America, Double Dragon and Choplifter shown in this episode were all recorded from their respective arcade PCBs.

*The Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 games were recorded using the Analogue NT Mini.

*The end skit which features a seemingly endless package which both guys continually grab stuff out of is a remake of a skit that was first shot in the mid-90s by Joe with him just continually pulling stuff out of a package. It was then remade a week later with both Joe and Dave to add an adversarial aspect to it. We remade it once more a couple of months later to try to improve it and added a 3rd guy, with all of us battling to see who keeps the package. This is the 4th time we've visited this concept, but the first time on Game Sack.
